Terms of Service & Campus Safety Charter

1. Strict Non-Monetary Peer Sharing

CampusShare is a student-only, circular academic sharing network. Peer exchanges of textbooks, calculators, drafting sets, and study materials are conducted strictly using Campus Credits. No cash payments or financial transfers are allowed between students for any shared or donated resource.

2. On-Campus Handover Safety Rules

Physical item handovers must strictly take place within the authorized premises of your registered college campus:

• Always meet in public campus areas such as the Central Library, Department lobbies, Student Activity Center, or Main Canteen.
• Do not agree to off-campus or isolated meeting points.
• Inspect the physical working condition of the item before confirming the handover.

3. Due Date Return Policy & Defaulter Penalties

To protect owners and maintain circular trust across campus:

• Advance Reminder: You will receive notifications 3 days and 1 day prior to the scheduled due date.
• Overdue Penalty: If a resource is not returned by the due date, the borrower account will be temporarily blocked, all Campus Credits frozen, and new borrows suspended until returned.
• Immediate Restoration: Returning the item promptly restores full account privileges and releases escrow credits.
• Repeated Violations: Continued failure to return items leads to permanent suspension from the campus network.

4. Annual 149 INR Platform Subscription

The 149 INR annual verification fee is non-refundable and strictly supports platform server infrastructure, college ID validation, digital storage, and continuous maintenance.
